This flower looks like it`s covered in ancient writing. โ๏ธ๐ค It`s an extraordinary orchid called ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ด๐ช๐ด ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฐ๐จ๐ญ๐บ๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ช๐ค๐ข, native to certain islands of the Philippines. Its flowers are creamy white with strange markings that resemble hieroglyphs.

De Victoria waterlelie is namelijk op haar mooist in de avond. Terwijl de bloem langzaam opengaat, verspreidt ze een heerlijke geur die doet denken aan ananas. ๐โ

The Victoria water lily is at its most spectacular in the evening. As the flower slowly opens, it releases a wonderful fragrance reminiscent of pineapple. ๐โ

One of our autumn favourites: the ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ต๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐ข๐ณ๐บ๐ข ๐ญ๐ข๐ค๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฐ๐ด๐ข) ๐๐โ
In just a few weeks, its leaves will turn the most beautiful shades of golden yellow, bringing that unmistakable autumn glow to the garden. Weโre already looking forward to watching the green canopy slowly transform into a sea of gold. โจ

These strange blue-green pods belong to a shrub called ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป`๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ (๐๐ฆ๐ค๐ข๐ช๐ด๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ข ๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐จ๐ฆ๐ด๐ช๐ช), native to parts of China and the Himalayas. The fruits hang in clusters from the branches, turning an otherwise ordinary shrub into something rather eerie... The fruit however is edible when ripe and has a mildly sweet taste.
